Coronavirus Updated Policies
We are now asking that everyone call in with a credit card or care credit number to pay for services rendered. We are also not making appointments for nail trims or annual exams at this time. We will let everyone know when we will resume these appointments.
We appreciate everyone's cooperation and patience as we try to accommodate each individual pet's needs.
We are now asking that clients please wait outside in our chairs or to wait in their vehicles while we examine their pets. This is to help keep our clients and staff safe as well as try to keep us open as long as we can so we can continue to care for your pets.
Dear valued clients,
We strive to always have you and your pets best interest at heart. We plan to remain open during our normal business hours and continue our after hours emergency services.
In an effort to adhere to new safety guidelines we are asking clients and patients to wait in their vehicles for appointments. We do ask that you either call or text the office at 803-648-6886 to let us know you are in the parking lot. We will come out and get you when your pet's exam room is ready.
We are also asking that medication refills be called in at least an hour in advanced. Again let us know when you arrive by phone call or text and someone will bring your medications out to you. We are also able to take payments over the phone.
This is a newly implemented plan - please be patient with us as we are trying to accommodate our clients while appreciating the severity of the environment.
