OFA & PennHIP Services

We offer OFA and PennHIP services for our clients including:

PennHIP testing

OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals)

  • Hips

  • Elbows

  • Patella Luxation

  • Thyroid

***Please make sure to bring ALL required paperwork the morning of your appointment. If items are missing then the procedure will be rescheduled.***

In order to do ANY of the above procedures we MUST have the following:

  1. Pet's Registration Papers (which contains most of the following)

  2. Dog's Breed and Date of Birth

  3. Dog's FULL registered name AND registration number

  4. Dog's Parents (Dam and Sire) registration numbers

  5. Microchip Number

  6. Owners Name, Address, Telephone number and E-mail Address

  7. Dog's must be at least 2 years old  for OFA procedures, and at least 17 weeks for PennHip evaluations.
